Adverse Action Notice

If your application for business credit is denied, you have the right to request a written statement of the specific reasons for the denial. To obtain the statement, please write to: National Corporate Funding

You also have the right to access your credit report from the consumer reporting agency used in the evaluation. If we used one, their contact details will be provided in the notification. The Applicant is of legal age.
All provided information is true and complete. They authorize sharing of application details with partners or assignees for financing consideration. They authorize National Corporate Funding to request credit and verification reports.
They waive claims against Recipients and providers of credit information.
They authorize phone and SMS communication for related services.
This application is for business, not consumer purposes.
